We ship orders Monday – Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day. A physical address is required for shipping. If you have any shipping questions, please contact us at info@yellowdogpetsupply.com Returns and Exchanges We happily accept returns of unused items. They must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the item. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the reason for the return so that we can expect it and issue a credit upon receipt. Send items back in their original packaging and in the original condition. All sales on sale items, personalized items and perishables are final. Special order deposits are non-refundable. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Returns can be mailed to the following address: 8 Race Street, Frenchtown, NJ 08825 Sales Tax Sales tax (7%) will be added to orders placed for NJ customers only. Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, or you can pay through your paypal account. For best results, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order. Item Availability As an independent neighborhood store, we do not stock large quantities of most items…we simply don’t have the space. Because our website does not have real time inventory control, and products are being sold in the store, it is possible that some items may be out of stock when you order. We work very hard to see this does not happen, but in the instance that it does we will notify you of any delay, and let you decide if you can wait, want a refund, or would like a substitution. If you would like to check availability of an item before placing your order, please call the store between Monday and Sunday 10 to 6. EST Privacy We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. The information we collect is strictly for billing and shipping purposes. Secure Oline processing is done through PayPal . You can use your own credit card, or pay pal account and know the transaction is secure.
